More than 566 students in Columbia Public Schools are currently identified as experiencing homelessness. Many live in unsafe motels, go without clean clothes, and carry the weight of anxiety and trauma, making it nearly impossible to focus on school or thrive. During Easter 2024, The Crossing partnered with Love Columbia to help families like these find stability through housing and ongoing support. This campaign reflected the hope of Jesus’ resurrection, transforming crisis into opportunity.
We raised over $1 million to provide transitional housing and long-term solutions for needy families.
